Instead, motorists who missed the deadline due to mail were given the opportunity to petition for restoration of the missed period and the possibility of paying at a discount.

Reasons why payment failed

It is convenient to pay according to documents through personal accounts on the websites of the traffic police or government services. Electronic services are also suitable. But such devices have a lot of disadvantages. Most are in the process of being finalized, and maintenance work often occurs.
