How to get a driver's license after the test

Driving schools work directly with the traffic police. To obtain a driver's license after the test, simply follow the instructions from the driving school administrator.

Procedure for obtaining a driver's license

First of all, it is necessary to undergo a medical examination in form 083-U. Such an examination can be completed at any public or private medical institution, as well as at specialized public service centers (Special Public Service Centers). The theoretical examination of traffic rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out in the form of computer testing. The test consists of 40 questions, each of which has several answer options. The questions cover traffic rules approved by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 13, 2014 No. 1196 . 40 minutes are allotted for testing, i.e. 1 minute for each question. After successfully passing the theoretical exam on knowledge of traffic rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the candidate will need to pass a practical exam in the form of driving a vehicle. This exam consists of two stages. The first stage is held on a closed circuit, where the candidate must perform special exercises. At the second stage, the car is driven in real traffic conditions. The examinee must travel along a special route and avoid gross violations. The duration of such an exam is at least 20 minutes, and if serious errors are made, the examiner may terminate the exam early.

How to sign up for a license at the traffic police

Is it possible to get a license without attending a driving school?

Is it also possible to study at a driving school and pass the exam without physically being present at the lessons?

Quite a long time ago, until 2013, in Russia it was possible to individually prepare for the exam to obtain the right to drive a car. An important nuance is that distance learning can only be done in a driving school that has the appropriate license for this.

And, of course, completing a distance learning course does not free the driver from the need to attend practical classes at the racetrack and in urban conditions and then pass a “physical” exam at the traffic police.

Where to get a driver's license

It turns out that you make exactly the same entry as the first time you signed up for the exam at the traffic police, only now you will receive a license using this entry. If you paid the state fee when you first registered for the exams, you do not need to pay the state fee again to obtain a driver’s license. The State Services Portal will send you notifications and ask you to pay the state fee until the very last moment; all these messages can be ignored. On the date and time you choose, come to the traffic police with your passport and go to the windows where they accept appointments through State Services. If the windows are not marked with signs stating that they accept appointments through State Services, you can check the information with a consultant who works in the traffic police. You present your passport at the window and must tell the operator technician that you have come to get your driver’s license. They will find your documents in the file cabinet and check everything necessary. You will be given the opportunity to check the information on the application on the basis of which you took the exams. Check everything carefully, the basic data from the application will be entered into your driver’s license, this and all other data will be entered into the electronic database of the traffic police. If you are traveling abroad, take your foreign passport with you to obtain your driver's license. Check the transcription of the translation of your full name in the application, they must match what is written in the foreign passport. If these details do not match, ask for them to be corrected. Once you have signed the application and given it to the traffic police officer, no changes can be made. A few tricks when passing certification

When preparing to take the theory test, review the rules and practice taking tests online. During the exam, you will need to answer only 20 questions in half an hour - plenty of time.
