The main provisions of Law No. 69-FZ on taxis simplified the procedure and established the need for four documents to obtain a license. One permit is issued per vehicle upon presentation of the following documents:
- an application drawn up according to the approved form;
- copies of ID;
- copies of tax registration;
- copies of vehicle registration (or leasing, rental, power of attorney).
