Procedure for filling out the document

The procedure for filling out an application for deregistration is prescribed in Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation dated August 7, 2013 No. 605, Appendix No. 1 “Application”, and consists of the following steps:

1. On sheet A4, the title of the document “Application” is indicated at the top center.
2. The full name of the State Traffic Inspectorate to which the applicant is applying is indicated.
